LAB TESTS
There is a Quest lab on the premises at 40 Cross St. The Cancer Center, located at 24 Stevens St., uses the Norwalk Hospital lab.
MEDICAL RECORDS
Effective October 1, 2008, the Connecticut Dept. of Public Health authorized a fee of .65 cents per page to copy medical records.
