1.  Make your international travel plans.  

2.  Pre-travel immunization.  Four-six weeks before your departure date,
     call (203) 845-4823 (option 5) to schedule a consultation with one of our      travel medicine specialists.  At that time, please list the countries and      cities you are visiting.  Most immunization shots will be dispensed during      your first appointment.

3.  Post-travel follow-up.  Your travel medicine physician will advise you
     if a follow-up appointment is required.
